terms and conditions

• minimum order for all fabrics is 0.5 yard, but for certain cuts (mostly 4.5 yards, equivalent to 4.15 meters, a piece) will be sold as one piece, or otherwise specified
• minimum order of 0.5 yards (or 0.46 meter) for special order or preorder request will be entertained depending on the availability at the suppliers
• please bear in mind that it is very difficult to capture the exact color/design in each fabric. in addition, be aware that the computer monitors can vary on color. therefore, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the products
• we will allow you to reserve an item for only three days, and we have the right to ask you to put some downpayment for that reservation
• full payment is required before we can process your order
• we accept bank transfer through maybank, cimb, bank islam and affin bank, as well as payment through paypal (please make sure that you have an account with paypal first)
• all sales are final, item(s) purchased are not exchangeable nor refundable
• once your order is finalized, item(s) purchased will be shipped within one to two working days
• your package will be sent by poslaju (an average charge of rm 6.00 for 0.5 kg for sem malaysia) for purchase below 2 yards, and by pos malaysia ordinary parcel delivery (starting from rm 8.50 for 2 kgs for sem malaysia) for 2 yards and above, if you choose not to use poslaju
• we will inform you of the tracking number through email
• your package should reach you in one or two days, may be longer if you choose ordinary parcel delivery, depending on your location
• we cannot be held responsible once your package is shipped. if you don't receive your package, please contact your local post office of call posline at 1-300-300-300
